All units are engineered to US standard with all US standard Plumbing and UL-rated electrical.
All units come with complete bathrooms installed
All units are shipped with kitchen cabinets and countertops
All units are constructed of steel and are rust proof and are insulated with a high R-value thermal rating; all units have a hurricane wind rating
Units can come with a pitch roof and siding as an extra
Units have a life span of 30 to 50 years
Also, the manufacturer can develop and design for the container houses including windows, doors, flooring, and walls. There is an option for shipping cabinets and other container build-outs or domestic interior build-outs.
By importing and developing your property with expandable container houses and offering for lease or sale to the public– (guest houses, hunting lodges, lake houses, or extra homes for their developments)
40’ unit that expands to approximately 800 sq ft
All units can be designed with a flat roof or a pitched roof; extras include cladding and porches.
The low cost of prefabricated housing imported ( approx. 60-75 days from order ) coupled with a lot of undeveloped land has little to no downside due to the low cost of entry.
