Does it have an HVAC and Water Heater?
To heat and cool the entire house, you will need to install an HVAC system. This can be easily done by adding a mini-split unit. The installation of a tankless water heater on the hot water inlet side is also simple since the waterlines enter at the back of the unit.
How long does it take to receive?
After placing an order, we will manufacture the unit and ship it directly to your site within 90 days.
Is it insulated like a regular home?
Not only is it insulated like a regular home it normally has a higher thermal R-value than a wood frame home.
Do you have a contractor you can recommend to install?
In many cases, we can do a complete turnkey installation depending on the location of your project. Otherwise, we can offer third-party contractors.
